At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds on frames or lenses. If you’re unsure about a style, our team is always here to help you find the perfect fit before purchasing.

Online Exchanges

If your order was shipped to you, we’re happy to offer exchanges on frames within 14 days of delivery. Frames must be in their original condition with the glasses case provided.

Please note that any shipping costs associated with an exchange are at the responsibility of the buyer.

In-Store Exchanges

For purchases made in person, we’re happy to offer exchanges on frames within 14 days of purchase. Frames must be in their original condition with the glasses case provided.

There are no additional costs associated with in-store exchanges.

Prescription Lenses

All prescription lenses are final sale. Because they are custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any lenses.
